Groups and classes provide a excellent chance to meet new friends, to learn new ways, to become enriched by others' life experiences. Everyone in a group is given the opportunity to support and be supported. Life Coach, Cheryl Frei leads groups and classes on various topics that can enrich your own life experience. Some of the diverse topics include Moving Beyond Shame, Spot it You got it, Extreme Forgiveness, Fearless Living, Speak Peace and many many more. Generally I limit my groups to allow everyone plenty of time to allow for each member to feel fully supported and acknowledged.
All groups and classes are offered by phone, or internet connection.
You will want to check with your phone company regarding your long distance charges prior to subscribing to a phone or teleconference!

Groups are co-created, the group decides and designs the group.
Groups provide a collaborative, supportive environment where learning is enriched by each individual member's experiences and what they bring to share within the group or class.
Classes, unlike groups, have a predetermined agenda and are guided throughout by your coach!

The time has come when we are awakening and discovering the truth, the truth that in order to have world peace, we each must become at peace with ourselves. We can not be in chaos and expecting the world to be peaceful. It begins within each of us.
This group is forming, where we work individually, and collectively towards peace!
Peace begins inwardly and then expands outwardly!
